目的:评价超声影像技术诊断胡桃夹综合征的效果。方法:整体筛查法选取在我院诊治的胡桃夹综合征患者24例,对患者予以彩色多普勒超声诊断,仔细观察患者超声各指标变化。结果:站立背伸位患者左肾静脉a、Vb高于平卧位,左肾静脉b、Va低于平卧位,平卧位患者a/b、Vb/Va低于站立背伸位,SMA和AAO夹角高于站立背伸位,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断胡桃夹综合征具显著效果,可作为临床诊断胡桃夹综合征的首选手段。

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of ultrasound imaging technique in diagnosing nutcracker syndrome. Methods: Twenty-four patients with nutcracker syndrome diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected for the overall screening method. The patients were subjected to color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis, and the changes of the ultrasound parameters were carefully observed.Results: The left renal veins a and Vb were higher than the supine position in patients with standing dorsi-ventilation. The b and Va in the left renal vein were lower than the supine position. The a/b and Vb/Va levels in the supine position were lower than those in the standing dorsiflexion position. SMA and AAO Incidence angle was higher than standing dorsiflexion position, the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of Nutcracker syndrome has a significant effect and can be used as the first choice for the clinical diagnosis of nutcracker syndrome.
